This film documents the training process of the Macau Special Olympics Athletics Training Team. In the journey of these athletes with intellectual disabilities, their value does not depend only on the efforts of individuals or parents, but also on the support and co-operation of other helpers. Often, they act as a 'team'. Whether on the sports field or in life, carers are not just one-sided carers, but sometimes they act as companions in life, relying on each other. They rely on each other to maximize their potential and motivation to realize their values.
