這部影片記錄了澳門特殊奧運會田徑訓練隊的受訓過程。在這些智力障礙的運動員的人生旅程中，他們的價值並不僅僅依賴於個人或父母的努力，還有其他協助者的支持與合作。很多時候，他們像一個「集體」行動一樣。無論在運動場上還是生活中，照顧者不僅僅是單方面的照顧者，有時更像是生活上的同行者，彼此互相依靠，發揮最大的潛力和推動力，實現他們的價值。
This film documents the training process of the Macau Special Olympics Athletics Training Team. In the journey of these athletes with intellectual disabilities, their value does not depend only on the efforts of individuals or parents, but also on the support and co-operation of other helpers. Often, they act as a 'team'. Whether on the sports field or in life, carers are not just one-sided carers, but sometimes they act as companions in life, relying on each other. They rely on each other to maximize their potential and motivation to realize their values.
